1. Extract foo_ui_columns.7z, using a suitable decompressor (such as 7-Zip or WinRAR) to the Components sub-directory of your foobar2000 directory.
2. Start foobar2000, and select Columns UI in the User Interface Module Selection dialog that appears.
3. Click OK.
